Return and Refund

TRADE ACCOUNTS

Books can be ordered on a returnable basis.
• Returns may be made after 90 days of the invoice date, but may not exceed 6 months.
• Books must be "in print" and received in good, saleable condition, as determined by the publisher.
• Purchaser is responsible for all return mailing charges.
• For full credit, you must provide a copy of the invoice number, date of purchase, and discount allowed.
• If invoice cannot be provided, credit will be issued at 55%.
• Credit is applied against open invoices. Remaining amount will be refunded.
• Return of out-of-print books is strictly prohibited.
• Merchandise returns other than books are not permitted.


CONSUMER ACCOUNTS

Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
